Look a little different? Cool, that's just what we were going for. After
3 years we felt it time to give the home of everybody's
Favorite Bumbling, Buffoon of a Branch a new look. It's
been a long time coming and we are excited about the changes.
As with all new changes, a new direction begins to develop for the business as a whole. This new direction applies to not only the business but to the comic series The Miscellaneous Adventures of STYKMAN™ as well.
Now don’t get us wrong, by new direction we are not suggesting that we are taking the comic series down a different path or starting all over again as some creators have done. There are a lot of unanswered questions that still need to be resolved: Who hit SYKMAN™ in the head with a shovel? When do we get to see Capt. BUCK NEKID (ret.) in action? Does the Jolly Roger ever get a hold of the ever-elusive Ancient Aztec Recipe for the Gumdrop? And did AL at one time actually run for President?
As part of the changes to our website we have expanded the character bios as well as added a few new ones with more to be added in the near future. Be sure to have a look around as you will find a few revealing tidbits that just might give you an idea of what to expect in future issues.
We will also be showcasing a new online comic strip series by Jonnie Allan entitled DINKY DOGS – the daily dilemma of a misguided hot dog vendor. This has been a long time coming and we hope will be a real treat for you.
If you haven’t done so already, we would like to encourage you to sign up for our monthly e-newsletter (You will find a sign-up box located on just about every page of the website.) Each issue will be chock full of all things Miscellaneous: Series updates, industry news, Independent “Shout-Outs!,” new projects as well as convention and signing appearances.

Welcome. I hope you enjoy the new look of this website and are encouraged by it as a sign of things to come.
I wanted to take a moment and apologize for the silence. It has been over a year since the last release of the Miscellaneous Adventures of STYKMAN™, for that I am sorry. As we progressed through the year of 2008 I found myself growing ever frustrated with a certain distributor and some elements of the industry that left a rather unpleasant taste. If not for the loyalty and dedication of fans like you I may very well have walked away. So I took a small hiatus instead and began formulating a way to not only continue bringing you the exploits of the Beloved Bough STYKMAN™ and his enigmatic extraterrestrial sidekick, but to do so in a way that not only facilitates deliverability but does not sacrifice the quality of entertainment you have come to know and expect from a.k.a. Comics.
As was true when I first launched The Miscellaneous Adventures of STYKMAN™, humor is sorely lacking in this industry that I have loved since I was little. It is my intention to continue to work to bring that levity back.
